services is very poor and awful. i had very bad rash all over my body send pictures request an urgent app as i couldn't sleep and each day its getting worse they said call from 8am-8:30am to get app the phone is busy for 30 min online is measurable website and its not allowed to take appointment for technical reasons, after week i get app over the phone consultation diagnosis was differ among various option ( heat rash, fungal, scabies, eczema, food allergies ) later non of them is right i paid for wrong medication more than 45 pounds with differ prescription steroid anti biotic, cortisone cream anti histamine, fungal cream later non of them works . now try to get app also for 30 min is busy line when they answer they bring you back to the circle as they cannot offer app unless you call from 8-830 only !!!! wasting time and money

Depends on the GP you get - one I had didn't notice some test results were abnormal and said everything was fine, until I specifically asked about one having seen it in the online patient portal. They said oh yes that's a bit high and said actually I needed a referral! Then took days and several phone calls to send me a simple referral letter. Another one I had was really excellent so it's pot luck.

I am very disappointed now with surgery phone service . The gp have already been fine proving a good professional service but there is a continuing problem getting through to them . Today it took me 20 mins to get through and my wife said she could not get through all afternoon you feel like giving up when all appts are booked up on line. This to me is an unacceptable service . It seems to me that we are told to accept this surely they need to fund more phone lines and staff.

Rude staff on the phone. While on the phone, I accidentally dropped my phone and had to pick it up but the lady on the phone said she is too busy so I should not do anything else. Did not have time to explain or argue as I am also a busy person in teaching profession. I understand they are busy but If it was me I would have asked are you Ok to speak first before assumption.

Exteremely helpless and rude receptionist (just one I wont name her for her benefit, but she served me twice now and if I see her again I will wait to be seen by the other receptionist in the window) all is done with following a procedure not with a person in mind. The procedures seems to be a different for each receptionist / patient as well. Belittling service, with a big smile and kind voice. Shame on you who are serving people in need and most vulnerable in the community. You leave people crying. With so many negative reviews I wonder why the manager cannot do anything about this there are so many jobless people who would appreciate a position and few extra pounds in the household budget.
