Very recently I put my car in for an MOT and service, dropped it off at 08.30, booked in and collected my courtesy car, at 12.03 I received a call that it was ready. When I picked up my car, I was given a complete explanation on what was done and what it all meant, including any observations which was brilliant. A great service.
