Jackie goes above and beyond for ALL customers. Delivery drivers have been stuck at Dover meaning flowers were substituted this year but nothing was sent out at any less of quality than what is pictured. The photos speak for themselves and she has had fantastic feedback from customers and everyone who they were delivered to.

I am th aunty of the complainant. I was very happy because someone had turned up with some flowers. My niece had told me to expect something so I instantly knew they were from her I took a photo of the flowers and sent it to her. She then sent a photo of what it should have looked like. There should have been red roses and red carnations with a spray of tiny white flowers. There was nothing like that apart from one red rose. I do not appreciate them saying I said things and using it against my niece. My niece does not complain without reason
Very dissapointed, what should have been a beautiful Christmas bouquet was a bunch of lifeless flowers - bad experience when I complained- never again .Just read the reply and it was what I expected- very upset at the word harassment .As a consumer I asked specifically for the window flowers but my Aunt received nothing like them. I don't have 30 to spend on a gift that was not asked for .I was obviously blocked from Facebook as the owners were worried I would give a bad review . Please stop the bad wording of me as I done nothing wrong but ask for the flowers shown on Facebook and pay ...My aunt is very upset now and so am I. There was no harassment but a conversation over messenger as noone would answer the phone. Feeling extremely stressed at the ongoing words . Please stop now as my experience was upsetting enough and this is adding anxiety to my life.
