My Fawcetts Newbury experience was excellent throughout. Fawcetts offered the full Volvo range of vehicles at a very attractive price and in this instance I made a round trip of over 200 miles to see Fawcetts range then decided to buy from them instead of my local dealers - my first ever Volvo, an XC90. Attention to detail throughout was excellent, the informative and non pushy sales team were a pleasure to deal with. I'm highly likely to be making another 200 mile trip for my next car - well worth the effort!

Paul and his team in the parts department are fantastic,old fashioned professional service, Paul has kept our three Volvo's going with quality parts and technical advice for many years. There is another Volvo garage right on my doorstep but they are not in the same league as Fawcetts.
