If you are a nervous /, anxious dental patient simon and his crew are who you need to see . They are so calming from the receptionist onwards, all appointments were around my work and husbands , after alot of checks as I was a complex patient, we finally got there , I wouldnt go anywhere else . I had all 4 in one . Which went absolutely fantastic I felt nothing at all , I could here the surgeon and others talking and also pressure but no pain at all . Not once did I feel alone every member of staff were 100% , every question asked they had a way of making you calm . Simon and crew cant wait for my permanent set .

My husband was a complex case for the team as part way through treatment a cancer diagnosis resulted in chemotherapy which had a knock on effect on my dental work. Simon was very patient as we had to keep delaying and changing appointments. Took a lot longer than expected but the end result was worth waiting for.

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish .From my initial enquiry with the ladies on reception to seeing Simon and Niel ,I was put at ease on my visits for the routine work and also the extensive work done to enable me to have an implanted lower plate with a matching upper plate.I would recommend Simon and his team without hesitation as for the first time in years I can now eat properly. A massive thank you to Simon for his patience and expertise, to Neil the dental surgeon for his extensive work on my mouth and jaw and to Ann and Nic on reception for there help in ensuring I made my appointments on time

If anyone has a phobia about dentists, as I did, then don't be. The initial consultation with Simon to replace my dentures put me at ease from the beginning. After having the dentures fitted I did have to return on quite a few occasions for various adjustments. I was always greeted with the utmost courtesy and understanding and can now say how pleased I am with the result. Worth all my dithering and can now smile and say a big thankyou. I live in London ... surrounded by many dental practices but chose to come to this one on high recommendation from my sister! I had two implants and was rather apprehensive in the beginning . I was totally reassured by ALL the team. It was a welcoming atmosphere, Neil was great ...and I felt relaxed from beginning to end of procedure. They were understanding of some difficulties I had attending some of my appointments for which I was grateful .I have never liked going to the dentist but can honestly say that I looked forward to coming to this practice ... friendly banter , superb service ...a very satisfied customer . I would highly recommend them to anyone ! Oh and the implants are great too ...name down for two new crowns !
