I have had to use Luke a few times throughout 2020. First time to replace a lost key for our shed. The second to replace a broken interior garage door locking mechanism and to also fit a high-security lock to the outside garage door entrance. Finally, he can back to fix the front door lock and replace springs and some broken parts (nice to see someone ”fix” something where possible rather than go for the easier and often more expensive option) On all occasions, Luke was punctual, obviously an expert in his field and completed the jobs quickly and efficiently (and cleaned up well afterwards). He also observed full social distancing measures and was masked up at all times. Would definitely recommend - Quite reasonable pricing too.
