Dealt with Sean from Newcastle Seat to buy the car. He was great as car salesman go. I feel though the after sales element could be better. Sean went on annual leave and there were delays with the transfer of the car up North as requested. Bearing in mind as a customer you pay for the transfer of the car I expected a better service. Apparently there was no lock n wheel nut for the car so had to be ordered in. But no phone call to let me know of the delay and how long to resolve the issue. I had to call on 2 occasions within the 10 day delay as to what was happening with the car. On receipt of the car, the car had 2 scrapes on the back seat which were not mentioned at the sale ( via video link ) and the back seat headrests were caped in mud. Interior pockets of the car were not clean. So although happy with pre-sale service and car overall. Elements of the service could have been better overall.

Jack and Steve were excellent and very patient. They helped me though step by step adn made the whole buying process easy. Due to my bank blocking my transaction which caused a delay and resulting me in staying overnight in Newcastle Jack went the extra mile by dropping and picking me up from my hotel which I thought was amazing. Keep up the good work. Will definitely be using them.

I serviced my car (not Seat) yesterday and can't fault the service I have received. From booking to the collection all went very smoothly. On the day I was met by Darren, who later on was keeping me informed of the work progress regurally and on the one issue I had, he managed to sort it out quickly and as expected. Can't fault the service I have received and would recommend the garage. Will give it a try next year.
