Always a friendly face, nothings a problem for any of the staff, and Karen turner the manager leads by example, there's nothing below her and I personally feel she is a total asset too your company. It's a pleasure to shop in westerhope branch, all the staff are real customer friendly.

Was in today member staff attitude towards customers a disgrace abrupt to everyone way she spoke is disgrace all other staff always so nice and cheerful cldnt see her name on badge got in taxi was tell driver she described her to a t before I did blonde woman with longish hair curly and way she spoke to young lad in queue was terrible needs trained on her customer service like and as a ex asda employee we would been pulled in for speak to customers this way no need man more so what we all going through at minute she letting your team at westerhope down big style I not seen her before so dont know if she new
