I have never received such great service than what I received from Brides Dream and working with them truly was a dream! A wonderful woman was kind enough to help me even though I was roughly 5,804 km away in Canada. She was quick to respond to my simple inquiry of a dress I fell in love with that wasn't available where I live , so I took a risk ordering and I couldn't have been happier with the process. She was patient, prompt and kind with me, a totally random bride. She responded to all random inquires and through email connection she was able to help me through the process purchasing the dress. I cannot express how happy I am with Brides Dream Ltd. Thank you!

Dawn was amazing!! She knew exactly what I was looking for based off what I told her and lifted out the perfect dress for me. I had been to a few other wedding dresses by this point and none of them came close to the warmth and quality of service that Dawn and her team provided. In terms of Covid - myself and my maid of honour felt safe the entire time we were there, and Dawn made sure we could zoom call my mum and other bridesmaids as they were unable to attend in person! Overall, an overwhelming positive and exciting experience. Dawn and her team have such a wealth of knowledge and experience and it definitely shows! So excited to wear my wedding dress soon!!
