Great place for little gymnasts. Started at the drop in aged 0 and still doing the recreational stuff 7 years later. Great system to keep running during covid too

Great level of coaching for all abilities. Sessions available for adults as well as kids (Monday, Wednesday and Thursday). Covers men’s/women’s artistic gymnastics, team gym, general gymnastics, cheerleading and disability gymnastics. Prices currently around 5.50 for an hour session, but the more you’re asked to train the lower the hourly price becomes, which is really great.
I went when I was little hated it they forced me to go up side down I was in tears my niece went a few years after that she was picked on but loved it but had to quit
