There is one examiner in this test center called 'Mark', his job is to fail everyone, exactly EVERYONE. (My friends, relatives had test and failed with him). Had 2 tests with Mark, and he just makes something up. He looked at my inside car for few minutes before sitting in my car and looked disgusted. I wanted to complain 2 times but you have to go to a court and pay a fee. However if you win, they will just give you a free test.(Such a WOW!) also for 6 months you are not allowed to book a test. Honestly, with this strict roles for complaining who is going to go through this process. Maybe because I am foreign that is why is happening only to me. Also, why there is not any website only for Elswick to check and get complaint! That is not fair at all. I am not going to book a test here and would not recommend this test center to anyone.(They remove the negative reviews somehow!)

There’s a examiner called Mark who’s a petrifying individual that gives no confidence whatsoever to the learner driver. This individual failed me 3 times by making up excuses, the guy doesn’t even touch he’s pad and makes up the faults when he goes inside. I had this Mark for 3 times in a row and he comes up with an agenda that he’s gonna fail me from the begging. Yes I know that my driving skills may not be to the perfection but this guy makes excuses if a fly moves past the window. It’s near impossible to book test during this pandemic baring mind the cost of the test as well. This Mark guy got disgusting reviews from other students. Next time I’ll cancel the test or fail myself if this guy is my examiner.
