Had been in a couple of times previously to buy accessories and found all staff I engaged with to be very helpful and friendly. This time I had a broken chain issue and Paul went above and beyond to inform me on various bike maintenance issues I queried also pointing out another fault that was clearly visible to the trained eye but that I would not have noticed thus expanding my limited bike knowledge and probably saving me more expense going forward he then replaced and repaired having it ready to collect at the time/date agreed. An all round pleasant experience.

Very helpful stuff I really recommend this place
Brilliant service from this store. Went in with a vintage bike that didn't ride quite right. Was talked through what it would need to get it working right. Was explained what was being done and why. Helping me understand better so if I have problems on the road I stand a better chance of being able to fix it and continue my journey. I needed to get lock and repair kit which I did intend to buy online. But the service was so good and I got great advice on the accessories that I also purchased those while I was there. Very friendly, has more of a small family owned business feel to it than a larger group company.
I visited the shop for the first time as my bike chain kept slipping when i applied pressure through the pedals, I was seen by Paul who put my bike on a stand and sorted out what was wrong, he did not charge me anything. I was so impressed by the service I received I ended up buying a new seat for my bike. I will definitely take my business here in the future.
Amazing Mechanics . Expertise, attention to detail and always seem to work out a reasonable price on large repairs. The price of bikes is what you'd expect from new straight out the factory cycles, however these guys don't get any commission so you know you can trust their buying advice as genuine.
Excellent service with solid advice from staff who seem genuinely interested in bikes. I've used this shop a couple of times now and find that the staff are the real strength of the business. Great bunch of guys who not only give good advice but offer that extra bit of information that comes from their own experience. This is invaluable in this sort if business and will certainly keep me going back.
Joel yesterday is an unbelievable representative for the company he hasn't just helped me this once by going the extra mile to make sure more than what was expected to be done was done but twice. On behalf of him and the other friendly staff they can surely at me to their long term customer base. Thanks again Joel and co.
