Jason helped me with my mortgage application, and made everything so easy. He explained everything in depth and answered all of my questions Emma then dealt with my case as the process progressed, and honestly was a life saver. I don't know how I could have done this without her. She was on the ball at every step, kept in touch when the legal side of things seemed to slow down. I felt I was in safe hands throughout. An issue with the developers did crop up, and Emma was at hand to help out immediately. As a first time buyer, the process was daunting, and I had no clue what I was doing. It was really reassuring to have Emma there in my corner, and I can't thank her enough. My experience with First Mortgage NE could not have been better. I'll be recommending them to everyone I know.
As first time buyers using the shared ownership method of buying our house First Mortgages made it as easy as can be for us. First Mortgage are fantastic at what they do. I like the fact that I have kept the same mortgage adviser since initially buying my home.
