Bought Acoustic Energy 109 speakers online and asked the guys about delivery - they had an order headed my way so I got them two hours after the order was placed - brilliant! They were a display model, but even so they were very cheap. So overall highly recommended. Thank you

A fantastic shop and a real jewel in Newcastle’s shopping crown. Unlike other “music stores” that are really guitar shops with a few token bass’s and drum kits JG is an actual music shop; they sell everything from manuscript paper to grand pianos. Part of the appeal of the place is the building itself, every twist and turn seems to lead you in to yet another room with even more instruments in it. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the store is always spotless.
Excellent service. Have decided to resurrect my piano skills during this lock-down. Ordered music books to assist which were received by return. Hopefully will look at the purchase of a piano in the near future. Windows will be the first port of call. Thank you.

we visited the Newcastle store to find our son a guitar and had a great demo and chat with the guys , eventually decided on a Tanglewood but when we went to go back to purchase lock-down happened yet even through this Mike and Nick managed to secure us our chosen guitar and sort everything via phone even personally delivering the guitar and then helping out with accessories afterwards. Cant recommend them enough !
