Went for a perm, came out blow-dryed and very happy. However, when I washed and dried my hair myself, there was no sign of the perm. Friends didn't believe I'd had anything done. Went back with clearly flat hair to ask for a refund - these things happen - no hard feelings. Was told there was no refund and I was drying my hair wrong. Then I was properly unhappy. Seems the customer isn't always right. Won't be going back.
