I have purchased several items from LBK. I find the staff warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. What's more exciting is that everything is less than you would expect for such high quality items. It is great to see an establishment offering trade prices to the general public. Lovely Place!!!

I required a full cocktail equipment upgrade by a certain date, with many items being only a month or two old and according to other suppliers tough to source. These guys managed to get everything I needed fast and on time. They also host regular showcases and events which is a great way to bring the local hospitality industry together. Great work.
Visited this week for the first time and was blown away by the service. They have a wide variety of products which are all reasonably priced. If you looking for glassware/crockery befitting of Masterchef or the Great British menu, it’s certainly worth a look. We will certainly be back.
You're one stop shop for everything hospitality related... if they don't have it then you'll deffo be stuck! They have a plethora of items in the showroom and plenty more available online! Pop in and have a look you won't be disappointed!
Great team, always willing to go out of their way to help. Service is brill, venue is gorgeous (not vital but helps) equipment is stunning (half of my home bar is from there) and they provide a great, yet understated service to the NE bar scene by holding events and helping wherever they can.
