Nice friendly place also very tidy and good choice of cars, also the sales person Andrew Cleugh who took me out for a test drive was very professional plus he was down to earth and answered every question I asked with no problem. Would definitely recommend Kia Newcastle

You don't have enough customers parking spaces, so I had to use a disabled parking space!. As a result I damaged my car as I was reversing out of the parking space because of an ill placed metal barrier (I don't accept that the barrier is necessary). There was no attempt to offer assistance in addressing the damage to my car, so I'll spend my 40k elsewhere and recall my experience to family and friends, who can make their own conclusion.
