During our one year tenancy myHouse demonstrated multiple incompetencies including: locking away our boiler and then giving us the wrong keys for it, entering our flat to show around prospective tenants without notice because they got the flat numbers confused, and submitting incorrect metre readings leading to a gigantic electricity bill in excess of 300 for a 6 week time period. Staff are friendly, but I wouldn’t recommend them for a professional let.

After living in Newcastle for over 7 years and having gone through different agencies I can safely say that My House is a rare find. My House is led by a professional team of people who offer great customer service and communicate with their tenants. Issues are resolved quickly and they're willing to discuss any plans you might have for a property. Their approach is very personal, creating a real bond with their tenants and landlords. I highly recommend their services.
