Neil's team completed our loft conversion which included moving the original loft hatch, boarding out, adding electricity and a ladder for easy access. All work was completed to an excellent standard and we would not hesitate to use the team again in the future. They were punctual, professional and did not leave any mess. A special mention must go to Kate in the office as she is amazing at arranging the work and keeping clear communication. Thank you!

Neil’s team recently renovated my living room. They removed a gas fire, plastered the walls, built a chimney breast, installed a cast iron radiator and fitted a beautiful herringbone parquet block floor. The lads were punctual, extremely tidy and delivered exactly what I asked for to a very high standard. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to anyone undertaking building work in the north east. The service was excellent throughout.

Neil McGregor and his team are consummate professionals in everything they do. Right from the initial enquiry with his friendly yet very efficient Office Manager, Kate, to the finish product. Neil himself is extremely easy to deal with, but yet is a perfectionist in the delivery of his services. The team deliver exactly what you request, to a very high standard. They always arrive when they say they will and leave having tidied up any building mess they make. We are extremely happy with the room that needed full refurbishment, from the plastering through to the decorating. I would not hesitate to recommend Neil McGregor and his team.

We didn’t end up using Neil in the end purely due to time frames as we needed the job done sooner but throughout the process of contacting a few builders Neil and his team were by far the best communicators. I had a response from my original enquiry email within only 30 mins of sending it which was surprising as I struggled to get a response at all from a few others. I will definitely contact Neil in the future when I come to do my next project which hopefully won’t be as time sensitive next time around.
