Called in with a family member, only wanted a pair of curtains taking up a bit, the ladies english was terrible which didnt help but then wanted to charge 41 .50 a curtain , 81 to take few inches off, Took them to barringtons fenham, 30 for the pair steer clear of this place

Ive used this place a few times. Found the quality of work to be of good standard. Prices are quite reasonable. Would recommend.
My husband brought his expensive suit here to have taken in as he lost some weight and on collection we noticed there was a hole in the blazer the collar was damaged and there was a hole in the trousers when we asked her about it she says she didn't do anything, it certainly wasn't like this when we left it with her im absolutely furious her customer service skills are rubbish not even an apology or nothing its an absolute disgrace im so angry. Then she gave us a asda age 11-12 hanger for the trousers erm no thank you I want the hanger the suit came in its the proper suit bag. Please people do t waste your money here they will ruin your clothes and dont admit fault

Altered some clothes. Some had to be redone. Used them several times. They ruined a pair of jeans I had and refused to refund me for the work and the damaged jeans. This was the last time I used them. The workers can't speak English which makes it difficult to raise a concern when there is a fault. Will not use again.
