Bought a car from JLR Newcastle through one of their most friendly and amicable Sales Manager by name Steve Thoburn, he spent a diligent amount of time giving me all the information i required seamlessly and took such a proactive stance, in comparision to other dealers. Not only that he had one of the better national deals in the UK and was generous enough to still turn it from a good price to a great price. Considering i did not get to test drive the car, he ensured that the car was delivered on time in the day with adequate sunlight for a thorough inspection to be carried out. Having payed in full prior to the car arriving, was not sure if it would tick all the boxes but it did and he ensured that even the two stone chips were adequately reimbursed keeping his word, considering it was a second hand car such a service from him was priceless and a cut above the rest.
