The expertise and professionalism of this letting agency is second to none. Any issues with properties are dealt with in a responsive and professional manner by all of the staff and their maintenance team provide a high standard of any work needed. Agency fees are extremely fair and any landlord queries are dealt with in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this good value letting agency to anyone thinking of buying to let.

The best letting company I had in my entire life. I've been living in few different countries and cities and it was a fortune that I found them. Their property is professionally managed, modern style interior and of course, clean. I never had any issue with communication, they take ownership of the service and made me feel like I'm in good hands. The manager Andrew spared his own time taking care of my needs and answered all the questions and worries I had. Taylored Lets were also very impressive when I went through the final move out inspection. They came by for a pre-move out inspection which is always helpful to know what I should do to leave the place in a good condition. ( and to avoid charges.) I had to move out because my partner and I moved to other city, but I honestly wish they had a branch down in South so I can be with this company again! Thanks Andrew and the team for making my life in Newcastle comfortable and lovely.
Taylored Lets have been extremely helpful and accommodating (pun intended) during my tenancy with them. I wouldn't hesitate to let through them again in the future and I would happily recommend them to friends and family. Thank you to Andrew and all of the staff at Taylored Lets.
Shocking. Generally okay during tenancy but the end of tenancy managing has been abysmal. They have a BS clause in the contracts that say 2 months notice to be provided AFTER fixed term ends which is BS!! YOU DO NOT NEED TO PROVIDE NOTICE AT ALL LEGALLY FOR A FIXED TERM CONTRACT!! How do they not know this. I cba so i paid for 1 month extra. Dont imagine ill see any of my deposit back really. Just glad to be done with the thieving *****. Never again.
