Never had a negative experience with the GP’s here, occasionally with reception staff. Otherwise, it’s a friendly practice, the doctors approach you seriously and professionally. Very pleased.

Contacted today to order repeat prescription to be told between 10.30 and 11.30 i understand there is a process but NO FLEXABILITY what so ever. I have had asthma all my life and is currently on medication for a chest infection and have gone through my inhalers. patient service poor

Had an appointment for my daughter today and arrive to be told that it was cancelled. I wasn't phoned up to tell me at all and the women at the desk was questioning me to why my daughter's surname wasn't the same ad mine and told me I wasn't linked to my daughter. No one should have to arrive to check into their appointments to be asked question from the receptionist to why my daughter has a different surname to me and told be told I wasn't linked to her absolutely shocking
