I've been very pleasantly surprised with the Waves hot tub I purchased and The customer service I've received. While some items might have take longer to be delivered right now due to covid-19 restrictions every email to waves has been answered quickly!

We could not be happier with our spa. Easy to set up (even more so if you use the handy YouTube instruction video which is absolutely foolproof) and performs exactly as it says it will. We have had endless hours of fun in it and the whole family from our toddler (with the temperature reduced) to our teens, to us look forward to spending time in it. Above all it looks great! The rattan effect blends perfectly with all of my outdoor furniture! This company provides an inflatable spa that has style to it and I haven’t seen this anywhere else! I’ve been telling everyone I know to get one of these spas, so get one, you won’t regret it!
We got the 4-6 person hot tub and it's wonderful!! It's much bigger than we expected. It's well made and heated up quickly. It was easy to set up and that's a plus for me. I would highly recommend one of these hot tubs!! Don't forget to get the headrests, cup holder, blow up seats,, and the bubble cover to keep the heat in the tub....they're all worth it!!
Unfortunately my hot tub stopped working and find myself having the same sad experience as a lot of other customers. No phone number and Little or no contact. Their address is only for correspondence and i've looked on Google maps and it is just that. An Address. Very disappointed and, at the moment out of pocket. Not gonna let this rest though. I'll give them a week and if i don't get a response small claims court here i come. Hey! It's lockdown. I've got the time. Fingers crossed though. You never know.
We excitedly ordered the 6 seater rattan Wave spa in April and 5 days ago it arrived! Oh my days,we absolutely LOVE it!! The customer service has been brilliant from start to finish, the spa was so easy to assemble,fantastic price too and within 24hours of filling the hot tub up we could start enjoying spa time. Its honestly like holidaying in your garden. Thank you so much Wave Spas, will definitely recommend you guys.
