Amazing food. The hotpot base is really authentic and there are so many choices! The dessert are all so wonderful I think I ate more of them than the hotpot unfortunately they donnt accept card so my friends has to walk 5 minutes to an ATM to get cash.

The worest resturant I had ever been!This shop supply us the over-time food which had been frozen many months. The soup in their hotpot used hundreds times. Tonight in this resturant all my friends were hurt by British boys,but no any response by this shop!
There's some very good things about this hot pot place and some not so good. They've got a good range of ingredients and their egg tarts are among the best in town. However, every time I've visited it seems to get a little bit less good, in terms of everything. Less variety in ingredients, less good cooked food, less friendly staff. Speaking of which, they're always very difficult with everything. They used to have student discount, but they'll try everything not to give it to you. Last time I went they said that there's no discount anymore (even though it still said so on the website and front door). It used to be the best hot pot place in Newcastle, but now it's just so-so. It's getting more and more difficult to convince myself that this place is value for money. Might not go anymore next time.
