Got asked to take part in an interview twice first time was my fault because I had cancelled but still had my full application sent in and documentation photo. Second time was a nightmare filled it all in again, plus 5 years experience in care as I am a fantastic carer only to be asked a 3rd time to fill in the application and documents, what a carryon I felt like I wasn't being listened to at all, I told her I had did it twice in the end I hung up on her. Maybe look at your system before assuming it's the applicants issue or fault. Will never apply again such a pitty because I've years experience and I am a natural at care have never been late in my life. I feel like recruitment puts you off the job before you are even interviewed.
