Wonderful experience. Full of all things Military. If you like forts, guns and history, then this is definitely for you. Great value for money. Ideal for families. Best go when the weather's good, as there's so much to see. Terrific displays. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Car park. Cafe and toilets.

It's just great place
Fort Process Festival yesterday was stunning. So many brilliant, thought-provoking and joyful performances. Definitely going next year
Very interesting place to visit. Children enjoy the air raid experience which actually made me quite emotional. Each area of the fort contains really interesting information. Another favourite part is the tunnels which are apparently haunted. Long flight if concrete steps down there, but well worth it.
Fantastic day out if you're interested in history... Spent about 5 hours there with the family and didn't get to see all of it. We will be going back. Food at the cafe is reasonably priced. Worth a visit.
Brilliant piece of history left behind on the bank of the sea. There is lots of rooms full of information and there are gun turrets still in place. It is well preserved but please be aware as some of it is shut due to repair work and you are not told this on entry.
Must visit for history buffs. Their by the hour blitzkrieg experience is pretty good
We do American Civil War re-enacting here every year with our society called "SOSKAN"....the "Southern Skirmish Association". Excellent views, good cafe, very good WW2 displays, and friendly, knowledgeable staff, make this a good day out!
