Peter and his team could not off been more helpful, I rang them at the 11th hour due to another company letting us down, after dropping everything to help us out Steve arrived at 0730 the next morning and promptly started the work required in order to get the boat up and running ready for a big party the next day. On behalf of my father: Michael Wheeler of ‘Golden Fleece’ I would like to thank Peter Leonard Marine Engineering in Newhaven for the excellent work that they carried out at short notice to clean all the contaminated diesel fuel from the engine of ‘Golden Fleece’ while we were on our way to Cowes at the end of July for the Fastnet Race. They also installed a temporary fuel tank in record time to get us on our way. Without them we may not have made the Race. Based on this experience I can highly recommend them. Well done Peter and team!
