I recently have some keys cut and some boots heeled by Richard at Newhaven. on both visits this customer service was exemplary.It is such a pleasure to receive good customer service as it does not seem to e considered necessary in todays world. Richard deserves any accolade you can give him.

I took a favourite watch of mine to Timpsons in Newhaven. Previously it had been terribly serviced buy a different jeweller. There had been specks of dust left inside the face and the internal bezel had been moved 5 degrees out of true. The service I received at Timpsons was fantastic. I don't know the name of the guy who runs the place but his professionalism and quality of workmanship was exceptional. He even polished out scratches on the back of the case left behind by the previous service where are the the tools had damaged the casing. I couldn't recommend and him more highly. A credit to his company.
