Over the years we have designed components for small design projects consisting of individual metal and plastic parts, through to designing production machinery and bespoke industrial equipment.   The CAD package we use is SolidWorks, and we have over 15 years of experience in the system. SolidWorks gives us a number of advanced design tools which allows us to validate designs throughout the project. In-house 3D printing capabilities also allow us to quickly prototype ideas for evaluation at any stage of the project. Idea Have you got an idea? Either a sketch or just an image in your mind? We can work with you to develop your concept and get your idea onto paper.   Design Once your concept has been developed, we use CAD software to turn your idea into a set of complete engineering drawings ready for quoting, manufacture and assembly. We can use finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) techniques as required to optimise and improve designs prior to manufacture in order to reduce the number of prototype iterations.   Photorealistic images, animations, videos and exploded views of your design can be created at any stage of the project.  These can be very valuable in conveying your design to others and make a huge impact when securing investment for your product, but can also be used in literature such as sales and marketing brochures, technical documentation, assembly instructions and website graphics. 3D print Any stage of a design project can benefit from prototyping the design for a number of reasons.
