We had windows and doors fitted as part of our single storey extension including a large bespoke lantern. We are absolutely delighted with the end result- this is due to Alan Burden's attention to detail from the initial design through to final fit. Alan listened to what we wanted, gave advice based on his wealth of experience and was easy to work with. Due to factory delays (due to Covid) our windows and doors were delayed from the initial timescales given, however Alan communicated throughout and enabled us to manage our builders' expectations. The fitters were polite and did an excellent job. There was a minor issue with one of the doors and Alan worked with us to get this resolved quickly to our satisfaction. We would really recommend Newlite Home Improvements.

We had a set of bifold doors installed. Great planning meeting, which ran through all our options. Delivery was made on time, and the installation was a breeze. We had a problem with a scratch on one of the door panels. The fitter sanded the mark out and resprayed the area. He then said if we were still not happy then they would replace that door. And that is what they did. Fantastic customer service and a very happy customer.
Alan and his installers acted in a professional manner, were polite and left the property clean after completing the installation of my two sets of french doors. Alan was prompt to return my calls and the installers took time to explain the stages of their work. I am very happy with the quality of the Aluminium French doors installed priced competitively and of the finished job. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Thank you Alan!
We have recently used Newlite to have all of our windows replaced and new windows and patio doors in a recently built extension. They were one of the most competitive quotes we received so we gave them the job. All of their staff have been excellent from start to finish, from keeping us informed about unavoidable delays because of the Covid Lockdown, all of the installation work, and coming back to sort any little problems, such as changing a stiff patio door lock from a key to a thumb turn. I would recommend these guys, and would use them again without hesitation.
