Bought my own tyres for them to fit. Meaning they made little profit Im guessing? So they snapped off two of my suspension springs, clearly on purpose. I can see the marks in the metal where they smashed them off. No point complaining because they’ll just deny it. Stereotypical thieving mechanics. They won’t be getting another job out of it. They’re getting reported to trading standards.

I called trying to see if I could get my car worked on, got hung up on immediately, called again asked if they had any openings and was told they were booked through the week. Before I could ask if I could get a slot then they hung up on me immediately.
