Avoid.. after sales is shocking never answers messages or provides spare parts. And trust me you’ll need then!! Bought 2 quads 1yr ago and they’ve been out of use for 9 of the 12 months. Parts are hard to come by as they’re made using cheap Chinese rubbish You’d be better off building your own!!

Poor quality Parts used causing safety issue then zero customer care. The poor quality bolts in the picture were used to attach the Chain Sprocket to the quad. These pulled away and the chain came off while my child was on the quad. This could have jammed or caused parts to fly off while travelling. I raised these concerns and was simply told they had never had this issue before. Nothing was done about it. Do not use unless you want to put your child in danger.

I purchased one of the 36v 1000w yellow Kids quads about 3/4 months ago and thought I’d wait a few months to write a review. My 3 main concerns were build quality, battery time and power. 1/My kids have now covered quite a few miles on it and I can honestly say the quad stands up to the job, it’s not a Suzuki petrol LT50 by any means, but it more than good enough and at a fraction of the price and has no noise pollution. It’s worth mentioning the 0 db output keeps you away from any issues with law which is definitely a good thing. 2/The battery obviously varies depending on weight, speed and gradient but does last a very very long time. We went out today and my 9 years old daughter who is 5st took it around the local lake which is 3 miles around and relatively flat and it still had all 4 power lights on. We had lots of stoping and starting so it was out for about 2 hours. 3/The power output is more than good enough for most children under the age of 10. Obviously the younger the child the slower setting you will need but the quad will grow with your children with the fast medium and slow settings. Don’t expect to pull anyone more than 9st but......it’s a kids quad bike!! The owner of the business was helpful as the kids got to have a go first and he offered advice which was helpful. Paid by card at the storage unit which was easy. Overall I am happy with my purchase and would recommend

Dangerous!!!!! Avoid buying from this company at all cost. There is absolutely no after sale care. I've purchased 3 quads from this company and all have broken. I have sent several emails asking to purchase replacement parts with no response. As you can only buy them from this company it is a nightmare trying to fix them this is therefore leaving my children very disappointed. The chains have broken, bolts, plastics have fallen off, brakes don't work and the electrics that control the speed have disconnected and therefore we can't control the speed on my sons quad bike.

Wouldn’t recommend. After sales of poor quality products is non existent. I’ve tried hard to resolve issues and been ignored.
