After my 2nd service no one bothered to ring an let me know it was ready for pick which l had specifically asked for . Then as leaving noticed my service book wasn’t completed when back in to sort an got the 3rd year service filled in only to be told at the desk it was my fault !! To this day it’s still not filled in right .
