8m straps were only 7.5m but the worse part was the quality of the ratchet handle, the cam bends when trying to release under tension and you need wide jaw grips to make it function. Customer services ignored my emails pic1 2 - release bar too short and poor quality metal, cam slips from edge and ratchet will not release. Pic 3 comparison with quality 10 year old ratchet.

Slight issue with a ratchet from an order of 500. 499 of the ratchets were perfect. Called up and had a new one the next day, no charge. Polite friendly staff. Good job.

poor customer service. delivery delayed so I cancelled order. The parts were subsequently delivered but the Ratchet shop woudl not refund delivery costs and I was expected to pay for the return of the product. Vary poor. I wont use thsi comapny again!
