We bought a Washing Machine and a Tumble Dryer from A F Thomas Newport. Sales staff were extremely helpful, delivery and installation were on time and professional. Price was very competitive. Have used them often over the years, Highly recommended.

Went into the Newport store and got a thorough walk through on a variety of vacuum's available in the store by a lovely chap called Nathan. He even made me aware that other products not available in store could also be purchased through the Euronics group. I didn't feel pressured to purchase atall and infact went home and returned 24 hours later to purchase the product my wife and I took a particular shine to. Top non-pressure sales tactics as well as a price I couldn't find cheaper anywhere else for this model. Including the Internet. Top work AFT! We'll certainly be returning for all of our electricals from now on.
I have only just found this gem of a store. The first time I was in I was helped by Daniel. He was very knowledgeable had a lot of patience, we narrowed down my choices. I had a think and ordered with Mark the following week. Again, very helpful and knowledgeable. Had a little misstep with the delivery but the store sorted and item arrived as originally planned. Very easy to deal with and quick to sort problems. Thanks to all the team.
Fantastic service as always. What a gem of a local store. Sophie in sales was really helpful and informative. The delivery guys were really patient and considerate. AF Thomas are fantastic on prices too, often beating online competitors. Great experience.
Had a slight issue with the courier - but had great customer service, really quick, proactive, & efficient - dealt with Nathan, who was extremely helpful.
