Very knowledgeable & helpful engineer, jobs neat, in a workmanlike manner and in accordance with Water Regs. Quickly got to source of problem and fixed it. Trustworthy, reliable, efficient and clearly takes pride in work. Has attended twice at short notice and replies to messages promptly. Excellent Covid measures, mask worn and surfaces touched disinfected. Would highly recommend.

Exceptionally professional work by Luke and his brother of replacing our dated Worcester Bosch for a new one. Took time and patience to explain how we could stave off payment for a year, through Worcester Bosch/Hitachi Finance, with minimal finance charge. Both were very polite. Left premises extremely clean and tidy, and work completed earlier than scheduled. Thank you both for a fantastic job. See you in a year.
