Had an great quality door installed by IDM after I designed it on their website. The work was done quickly by some very efficient fitters. Very pleased. I'm not entirely convinced by their logo though!

I may well have given 5 stars, if I had ever had a door fitted by IDM. Someone from IDM came to measure up to fit a new front door in April 2018 and that they would be in touch with the quote. Chased IDM up twice in May, once in June and twice again in July. Each time I was offered an apology and that someone would be calling back ASAP, however I have still not received that call. Even if the offer was on the table for a door to be fitted tomorrow, I would not take it. If I were to have an issue with a door that had been fitted, how could I be assured that anyone would ever come out? IDM's communication skills need some improvement!
