Really good place. Enough space and activities to keep little bouncers happy. A bit of a physical squeeze in the Covid-era when it comes to one group leaving as another arrives, but on the whole it's very enjoyable, if pricey.

Excellent value for money 9.50 for 2 hrs and half price food. Wpuldve liked to see more staff on the equipment but they were all fab and friendly too and kept an eye on them all, keeping everyone safe and sprayed the equipment in between too.
8.20 for 2 bog standard coffees 2 bags of cheap pom bears and a bag of walkers crisps, coffee was rubbish by the girl serving own admission, said she couldn't give receipt.. no wonder didn't find out extortionate prices till I saw my on line banking...would definitely not recommend Newport maesglas jump cafe to anyone, total ripoff... other than that it's a great place for a few hour out, staff lovely, nice and clean.. but take your own drinks and snacks.. jug of squash was reasonable 2.50 per jug..
Not very good customer service when entering, very to the point, a bit blunt, no please or thank you's. There was only 3 of us sat upstairs and twice we had to wait to be served and had to go outside the back and ask them to serve us while they were all having a cigarette. Never had service like this in the past coming here so very disappointed. The workers watching the kids on the trampolines however were fab. And very Covid safe!
When I went I didn't know what to expect, but it was welcoming and nice. There are defiantly a lot of things to do. They give you special trampolinepark socks, and also talk to you about how to stay safe. The food there is amazing and surprisingly cheap. I will come again for sure.
