Would of been 5 star if they didn’t cancel my first appointment at 1 days notice. reasonable price for a main dealer, only thing I found awkward was when I was made to me walk all the way around the one way system In the rain outside the building when I was the only one in there at 8.25 on a Saturday literally got drenched might not get COVID but I will differently get pneumonia now \u200d️\u200d️

Would never buy a new vehicle from here!! Riddled with problems and backed up by staff who want only your money and never your safety or satisfaction... if i could give minus stars i would!! They even suggested that the new fiesta was problem free and our problems were isolated, yet stood in the reception at ford many people were taking back their new purchase for various significant problems! Stay well clear, once they have your money they just dont care!!. I had a letter saying my car has serious safety issues. Ford want to rectify it but lost all faith! I pay for servicing however was told they would call me if they feel they could service the vehicle. Thats not what i pay for.. disgusting!!! Stay well clear and save yourself!! I promise thats advice you can trust!!! ** OMBUDSMAN AGREE!!!!
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE with Ford. AVOID at all costs and get a Mercedes instead. In fact, a 1969 soviet Lada car would be better than shopping here. Bought my van in 2018 and had nothing but pain and headache from ford. Adblue malfunction, been in for it to be fixed 3 times and still not fixed. Had multiple oil changes at my cost, from as shot as 3k Miles. Ongoing problem with Entertainment package has been in multiple times still not fixed, has been going on 2 years. As any self-employed trade will know, a van is a lifeblood - my business simply cannot function without my tools or transport. Every time it goes into ford (sometimes for as long as 3 weeks at a time) it leaves me and my business unable to work as I usually would. Had problems after less than 12 weeks with under 3k miles but ford didn't want to hear any of it. Have tried to reject the vehicle for 2 years, just keep getting passed around. Wish I had bought elsewhere and a different manufacture. Never again buying from ford and will be telling all my friends, family and customers to stay away from Ford.
Rude sales person. Explained how amazing the car was over the phone. I arrive and find that there was a long gash along the side of the car and that they had advertised the wrong price. It was a 1000 more expensive. The steering wheel looked thrashed as well.
