Covid rules prevented any real help with choosing and assessing a new car. No brochures, paper or electronic. Ranges, specs and colours too complicated to take in verbally.

I thought I'd write a quick review as I had a really lovely experience with Patrick Osmond. I will quickly get put off if I'm dealing with too pushy a sales person but Patrick took time to talk me through everything and answer all my questions. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better professional. I'll definitely be back to him should I get another car.
Salesperson, Richard Evans, handled all aspects of the part exchange of my Verso (also purchased through him) for my current CHR Hybrid which I love!! Now I've gone Hybrid and automatic, there will be no going back!! His knowledge and guidance throughout the whole process was excellent - the car itself, the finance, all the typical questions etc were answered and everything explained clearly. He was (and still is) always available to answer even the simplest of my questions, which I am sure he must have answered a million times before to other customers!! He has been my 'go to' sales person for all my Toyota cars (approx 6 to date over a 12 year period) - wouldn't go to anyone else!!
Really great by phone, really great in the showroom (Covid arrangements were well done). Patrick Osmond called me after looking at Yaris online. Pat made it really easy, relaxed and well organised from start to finish. Really great service - friendly, professional and helpful. And the Yaris was very quickly really great to drive, clearly well built and delighted with my purchase. First drive was drive home - effortless from Newport to mid-Wales and barely sipped the fuel.
