Had a lovely lunch here the other day. The staff were very accommodating when it came to my 2 year old son. They sat us at a table with enough room for my pram. The waiter brought over a colouring pack straight away without us even asking. The food was gorgeous, simply, hearty.

The food was well done, a bit over seasoned on the fries but was still okay in my taste. But, when I went to use a disabled toilet due to me being trans male, a employee started to unlock my stall without knocking first just because of a entitled mother wanting to diper change her child. I would recommend this place but yet again, the staff might be new so I may forgive that one staff.

By far the most delicious chicken in Newport. Clean facilities, friendly staff, good service. Amazing atmosphere, Wonderful music that takes me home to South Africa.

Food was standard and the pay online system was a tad annoying. The heating was not working and so it was freezing cold, couldn't enjoy my food as I was literally shivering from the cold. Surely it would make sense to get the heating fixed and then open for business, especially in the middle of December! I overheard a few customers complain.
