I have found Newcross to be friendly, helpful, reliable, trustworthy and not least I don't doubt there is a huge amount of work behind the scenes to give people like me lots of varied work putting me in contact with many many amazing lovely people service users and staff alike and so enriching my life (I hope I am enriching their lives also) and they're still smiling
worked for newcross for two months and the whole process was amazing waiting for the dbs not so much but i’m loving the hour flexibility they understand my daughter just became very ill and may need surgery also
I have worked for Newcross and can't recommend them enough. I was always offered plenty of shifts and training which I did nor have to pay for as each hour I worked, I accumulated training credits which paid for them. I loved being paid each week and paid so well. The office staff were really supportive and caring. Newcross really are a lovely company to work for and I would personally recommend them over any other companies from my experience.
I have worked for Newcross now for 8 months and have recently been promoted to team leader. I love my job and am extremely impressed with the service Newcross provides. I myself have been provided with extensive training as do all our healthcare workers. Our recruitment process is stringent with only 1 in 16 applicants being successful so we can provide the highest quality of staff possible. I know all my 50 plus staff by name and have a wonderful relationship with them all and our clients have nothing but good to say about the service we provide.
