I went to see Rebecca for Access bars therapy and it's the best thing I've ever done! I went in feeling as though I was carrying the weight of the world on my shoulders and left virtually skipping out the door! I haven't stopped smiling since and have even had a chance to practice a couple of the tools given to me. Rebecca is such a lovely, nurturing person who genuinely wants to help in anyway she can and tailors everything to the individual cannot recommend her enough

Rebecca’s therapy room is tucked away discreetly in Salters Court off the St Nicholas church end of Newport high street. It is suitably quiet and feels nurturing and, most importantly, private. My sessions with Rebecca have all been well worth it- with a combination of NLP info, meditation, massage and Access Bars tailored to my needs at the time. It’s exciting to have a session with her as she is knowledgeable on many fronts of healing. She is very genuine, intuitive, loving and supportive. Highly recommended

Rebecca is amazing! As soon as you walk in you feel relaxed, because she is lovely and welcoming. Rebecca listens to what your issues are and takes her time to get the knots out. Even after first visit you feel yourself much better. I was very impressed! Looking forward to my next visit already!

I have been having session with Rebecca on and off for almost a year now, and cannot speak highly enough of her. She is warm, friendly, understanding, empathetic, and knowledgeable. She takes time to understand what your current needs are and tailors treatment sessions accordingly. She also ensures you are fully briefed before and after the sessions on what to expect, and offers advice on how to continue to care for yourself at home. I have had reiki and aromatherapy message and would highly recommend both. My mood has been directly and immediately improved by these sessions and has genuinely helped to reduce some significant stress!
