I have used Snows for many years now. I have always received a first class service. They collect my car, do the necessary work and return it to my home. They keep me fully informed of any additional work required by phone and also send a vehicle health check video made by the technician carrying out the work. All the staff at Snows are polite, confident and helpful.

Although the Showroom is currently closed due to Lockdown. Phil has been most helpful and supportive during this difficult time by telephone and email. He has quickly answered all my questions regarding the Mobility Scheme, which is all new to me and will be my first car on the scheme. We had a ‘virtual appointment’ online (this was a lot easier than what I thought it was going to be) to go through the exact spec, necessary paperwork and what happens next. So now, I am looking forward to picking up my Mini Countryman at the end of March.

Took my car to snows as couldn’t open bonnet Tom was very helpful bonnet fixed in 10 mins and they topped up screen wash really good
