I have been a customer for a while a always love a massage! Since lockdown I have been to have my hair up done and for a few massages. All times fabulous! Love the staff and the atmosphere and the place as a whole. Erin did my massage and she is thoughtful and kind, Courtney on reception is friendly and welcoming. Whole place is covid-secure and i didnt feel uncomfortable and felt safe - every thing was sparkling clean and all staff wore visas and masks. Patricia the manager is super quick to reply to issues and rectifies. I also love that they have introduced Tropic Skincare as I am a massive fan and a leader in Tropic myself. Fab place!!

The staff are very friendly and professional and made me feel instantly welcome. The extra efforts taken for a covid-safe environment are clear and I felt I was in good hands. The massage was wonderfully relaxing, and the range of treatments are reasonably priced. I will definitely be returning in the New Year!
Never had this treatment before and I really enjoyed it, the scrub was absolutely amazing and I felt so comfortable and relaxed. The facial was amazing too my skin feels really refreshed and soft. Will definitely be having this treatment again. Thank you also to the staff for a very walm welcome in these unusual times.
