Dropped in for a few sessions while on holiday down there. Such a friendly atmosphere and felt welcomed from the second I walked through the door. The sessions were very challenging and programmed well and tested me to my limits. The coaches are also very friendly and very good at giving coaching points. I will definitely be coming back when I am down again.

An awesome box! The coaches Patrick and Chris are super-friendly and make you feel really welcome. The WoD was great - the members were really supportive and I felt really encouraged to work as hard as I could. Highly recommended to pay these guys a visit if you're in the area. Proper CrossFit and proper community. Thanks so much CF Newquay and see you in August when I'm back for Boardmasters :-)
Great gym/fitness centre always feel welcome. Everyone who goes treats you like part of the family. Patrick is amazing, has great knowledge and will always get the best out of you. Caters for all ranges of experience from no gym knowledge to expert and can tailor individual needs. Would highly recommend visiting if you're thinking of getting fit
I have been using the box on and off over the past few years but it's great to be back again. The structure and programming that goes into each class is fantastic allowing you to see progression and results. There is nothing more motivating that being able to workout around others members that are friendly and welcoming.
Having only started a year ago the difference I feel has exceeded my expectations. Hannah, Patrick, Chris & Brendan are amazing coaches. Every class is different and if you listen to the coaches the progress you make is amazing. There is a community spirit at the box and everyone is made to feel welcome. Such a great atmosphere. Beats the gym anytime so give it a try and you won’t regret it!
