Always a pleasure! roisin was extremely through and has been the only podiatrist to cure my ingrown toenail permanently, very personal experience which helped the nerves (which come from previous unsuccessful treatments i’ve experienced previously from other podiatrists) Likewise the surgery was pristine and equipment was fresh from the autoclave! Highly recommend and such a lovely, experienced woman !! Thank you.

Booked appointment at Monaghan street in Newry and the treatment room didn’t appear as clean or sterile as one might expect. My nails were trimmed and skin removed which I assume is all I needed, as there was no consultation or opportunity to discuss any concerns I may have. Roisin did talk non-stop during the appointment about herself, her daughter, swimming etc. while waving her scalpel to make her points. Overall a very unprofessional and disappointing experience.

Had son for appointment on 24/08/18, was disgusted with the state of the waiting area, and horrified with the cleanliness and hygiene of the treatment room. Floors filthy with staining and debris, chair sticky and bins overflowing with rubbish. The podiatrist did not wash her hands between seeing my son and previous patient, nor did she wash them for the next patient!!! A serious health risk given the nature of her job. I was sold a pair of insoles for 50 (plus 25 for appointment) the exact pair available online for 12.99. She stated the insoles she sold me were from a superior brand and gave me the packaging for this brand. However they were a cheaper brand that she supplied, and I did not realise until the next day. She didn't discuss price until the end of appointment when she had them fitted into child's shoes (very shady) DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE FOR YOUR HEALTH AND YOUR POCKET!
