If only I could give no stars. Nothing but stringing me along with false promises of letting me know when the item was next in stock. Almost a month later with eggs to old to go into an incubator now I have had to order from somewhere else. I have 4 of their incubators from previous purchases and they have always been slow on delivery and have even delivered broken incubators in the past (The products are fine and are competitively priced but not so competitive that I expect broken ones) but they have lost my custom due to shoddy service. But to be told they will let me know in the next 2 weeks when I will receive the incubator, and now a month on... Nothing. ABSOLUTE JOKE. Worst company I have ever bought something off of ever. SPEND A LITTLE MORE AND BUY ELSE WHERE!
