They have recently supplied and installed a new commercial Miele washing machine to our very busy Veterinary Clinic here at Polden Hills Veterinary Practice, Cossington. We have been thoroughly impressed with the service from start to finish, in these extremely challenging times. Chris came to site to carry out a survey and assisted us in choosing the best appliance to meet our requirements. His product knowledge is second to none and we couldn't be happier with the machine that we have. Jack progressed our order through to installation seamlessly and efficiently and the Installation Team were just brilliant! It was a tricky installation, in a small space with lots of challenges and they simply took it all in their stride and worked through the job until is was complete. An extremely professional service all ways round. We look forward to working with Chris, Jack and the team in the future for all of our servicing and maintenance requirements.

I have bought a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher from this company over the last couple of years. They have always been really helpful and the products high quality. When there were unexpected problems they sent an engineer promptly and took pains to sort these out with no quibbles about warranty. I think this is a business that takes pride in offering a personal service and looking after its customers.

Just bought a Miele dishwasher off CR Wood and I can happily say that their service is amazing. I had my old dishwasher taken away and the new one installed, and the fitters did such a neat job and were very friendly.This is the second appliance I have bought of them and I'm sure it won't be the last.
We wanted to replace our 20 year plus old Miele washing machine which possibly needed some repairs. The Miele WCE320 seemed an excellent replacement. There was a GBP 200,00 cashback by Miele and an extra 8 years' guaranty on top of the normal 2 years. As there was a large pile up of laundry we needed the machine urgently.The machine was in stock and it was delivered and installed without any charges for connection or recycling first thing the next day. We were very impressed with the service and when our old Siemens dryer packs up we will be back for a Miele. We live in Marldon and we are very fortunate to have this family run business virtually at our doorstep. We trust the after sales service will be equally good.
Very impressed with this company - friendly and helpful on the phone and prompt service - reasonable charges - very polite and knowledgeable engineer (Connor ) - sorted a new drain hose and fitted same day to my Miele dishwasher - would definitely recommend them and will use them again !
